It all starts with family! Steve and Glynn Willett, two brothers from New England, founded ATX in 1992.

ATX has its roots in Ithaca, New York, where Steve created a new way to utilize spreadsheet-programming technologies in the mid-eighties. As a practicing CPA, Glynn concentrated on the business development side of things from his home in Washburn, Maine.

With the advent and predicted domination of Windows® operating systems, Glynn and Steve created break-through programming techniques in 1991. Using the newest visual object programming tools, the Willetts envisioned a way to radically reduce programming cost. Their research led to the creation of ATX Forms, Inc.

Due to the rapid rise in e-commerce, ATX has devoted a sizable portion of its R&D investments to the creation of new Internet services and program distribution tools. ATX is in a unique position to rapidly develop electronic forms software for a number of industries and use the Internet to provide accelerated market access.
