Established in 1997 Capitus is a niche consultancy with a level of expertise in capital allowances and property tax depreciation, which we believe is second to none.
As one of the very few specialist practices not tied to a large firm of accountants or surveyors, we are completely independent which means that we have no potential conflicts of interest with our clients’ existing professional advisors. We are big enough to handle the business of any client but we will always be relatively small in numbers. Why? Because, having worked within them, we know that large organisations can rarely offer the same level of client care or quality of advice that boutique consultancies can offer.
The aim of our business is encapsulated in a simple phrase – “profitability through the provision of an excellent service”.
